Year 2021 holidays list of Central Govt. offices
The Government of India has released the holidays calendar for the year 2021. The department of Personnel and training under the ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions releases the list of compulsory and restricted holidays. This list is for central government employees and guidelines for the states to follow regarding holidays.

Optional holidays list for all over India in year 2021 :
3 optional holidays are to be selected by DoPT for Delhi offices and for offices located outside Delhi, Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee in the State capital will choose the three optional holidays out of list of 12.

Almost all the states, Public sector enterprises, Industries have to declare holidays in advance by the above rule and guidelines considering 14 compulsory + 3 Optional + 2 Restricted holidays in a calendar year.
